In the title of deposit bank transfer, please provide the house number, date of arrival and date of departure.
1. The resort provides short-term accommodation services.
2. The houses are rented as hotel days. The hotel day starts at 15:00 and ends at 10:00 the next day.
3. Upon arrival at the Resort, a valid identity document must be presented in order to complete formalities related to check-in and payment.
4. The client's handing over the rented house on the day of departure takes place by reporting this fact to the staff of the Resort, who will check the technical condition, cleanliness and equipment of all rooms in the presence of the client.
5. The client renting the cottage cannot make it available to other people who are not registered in the Resort even if the period for which he paid the fee has not expired.
6. Any change in the arrival or departure dates (e.g. late arrival or early departure, resignation from stay) does not entitle to reduce the cost of stay and return of any cash.
7. Any faults arising during the use of the cottage should be reported to the Resort staff on an ongoing basis.
8. Guests of the Resort bear full financial responsibility for damaged or lost items that were put into use.
9. The resort is not responsible for valuables and cash left in the cottages, therefore due care should be taken in closing the windows and doors when leaving the cottage.
10. Quiet hours must be respected in the Resort from 22:00 to 6:00 in the morning.
11. Persons disturbing the peace, order or using the entrusted property in a manner inconsistent with the regulations in the Resort may be removed from it without the right to any refund of previously incurred fees and any compensation.
12. The facility is subject to: - an absolute ban on smoking tobacco products and e-cigarettes in the cottage - an absolute ban on frying fish in the cottage - disturbing the peace, e.g. performing or playing loud music without the consent of the staff of the Resort (or during the quiet hours).
13. People who are not clients of the Resort are not allowed to stay on its premises.
14. Each cottage has one parking space for a car.
15. The car parklot is unguarded and the Resort is not responsible for vehicles parked in its area and is not responsible for any damage caused by third parties or forces of nature e.g. (wind, storm, water, fire, electricity, etc.).
16. The stay of children and teenagers under the age of 18 in the Resort is allowed only under the care of adults who take full responsibility for their actions as guardians or parents, as well as for any consequences of these actions and situations occurring throughout the Resort.
17. The stay of children on the playground and playing field is allowed only under the care of adults who take full responsibility for their actions as their guardians or parents, as well as for any consequences of these acts and situations that occur on the playground and playing field. They also undertake to comply with all rules and regulations for using the playground and the existing equipment there.
18. It is possible to accommodate an additional person in a cottage or room after reporting this fact during the booking process or upon arrival to the Resort staff. The person making the reservation pays an additional fee of 70 PLN per night for an additional person. It is possible to rent an additional camp bed with bedding - one-time fee of 100 PLN .
19. A child from the age of 2 is counted as a guest of the cottage.
20. The resort is not responsible for the inconvenience caused by reasons beyond its control, e.g. power or water supply interruptions, or lack of TV signal.
21. In the event of resignation from the service during its progress, the Resort does not refund any fees for the services incurred.
22. It is forbidden to use your own devices in the cottages, such as: electric grill, electric heater, gas cylinder, etc.
23. All waste from the cottages should be taken out to the containers located in the designated place on the premise of the Resort.

At your disposal are several wooden houses located 600m from the beach and the sea in Stegna.

Cottage for 4 people
Each cottage consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom, a large terrace and a parking space for a car.
Cottage for 5 people
Each cottage is equipped with: a fridge, a TV, an induction hob, pots, cutlery, an electric kettle, bedding, a grill on the terrace and garden furniture.
Cottage for 7 people
Stay of additional people and guests visits, a cot and a baby bath, a high chair, an ironing board, an iron, require prior arrangements with the reception.
At guest’s disposal:
a large shed with a grill for outdoor
events, foosball table, Ping-pong table, heated swimming pool,
childrens playground wih a trampoline, street workout gym.
Local attractions: Piaski, Sopot Pier, Frombork Castle, Malbork Castle, Wislana Spit Ditch, Skowronki, bicycle route on the Wislana spit, seagulls Łacha reserve, lighthouse in Krynica Morska, cruises to see seals, Sobieszewska island, Sztuthof museum, rope park, Wisla's estuary.
